The weather here is the weirdest I've ever seen it in 3 years. Awhile back we had one week of really hot weather and we thought we jumped straight from winter to summer with no spring. But then it went back to coolish weather and the last few days have been so windy that it doesn't fit into any season here. The only time it's ever windy is during storms. But lately they have had wind enough to compete with South Dakota! The only problem is, most of our stuff is outside, not in, like there. Oh when will the rains come?????
Some exciting news happened last week. I got myself (and Thomas) a ticket to London :) I get to go visit my sister. I'm really excited. We didn't think we would be able to go but found a ticket sale at the last minute. I leave in 16 sleeps. If Thomas co-operates (which he probably won't) then the travel should be easy. We have a 9 hour night flight at 10:30 pm to Taiwan, getting there early in the morning. Then breakfast and a play and then a hotel in the airport for another nice daytimes sleep. Then dinner and a play and get all tired out for another night flight to France. Then a really fun train ride on the Eurostar rail. Should be exciting. I'm hoping to see a little of France from the train but not expecting much.
Other than that, not much is happening. Blake started back at school this Monday. Kaye and David are off to the States so we haven't been to visit them. Sophie and Thomas are doing well and growing fast. I'm quilting, organizing and packing in my head already. Still working out with Michael in the mornings and that's going well too. Yes, one of these days I'll get a picture of myself on here.
