So last weekend we went down to a beach/tidal river place in Pottsville. The kids had a blast. The slope into the water was nice and gentle and the water was warm. There was a current that they could use to play with their boogie boards. We had a nice picnic and Thomas had a great sleep under a tree for most of it.
The offer on our house just went through, we passed all of our inspections and financing has been completed. Here they call that 'going unconditional'. They even want to move up the date of settlement. Michael thought I was getting ahead of myself by looking at houses all this week, but it seems my intuition still works. We will be deciding on a property before Monday and start moving the weekend following. Lots to do this next week! Wish me luck.
