One week left!

Only one week left until our summer holidays start. I think I have a schedule and plan to keep Blake busy and me sane. But we won't know until we try it.

I coached my first baseball game last week. It's the middle of the season but the original coach got a night job so he can't be there during practice. He's still going to help out at the games though. I know I can handle everything except the pitching! Blake moved up to coach pitch this year. First I have to throw over hand, which shouldn't be a problem as you kind of just lob it in there and pitch to the batter, not trying to do strikes or anything. The real problem is.....do you know how many times the other coach has been beaned by hits already??? At least three every game, and he dodges many more. I sure hope my reflexes are good. Thankfully I only have to do one or two innings and he'll do the rest.

Blake finished his first term of tennis. He also got his first trophy....the first one he had to earn and not just get because everyone had one. He was the top performing boy in his class. I'm sure he'll take many pictures of it soon and I'll post one in a later post. I also have a great video of Sophie eating mashed potatoes with a fork but am having problems uploading it, so it will come later as well.

I have some exciting news. I am posting it here..at the bottom...and not on Facebook yet... for all those dedicated readers, so they can be the first to know. I am officially pregnant again. My due date is June 12th. We had a dating scan a few weeks ago and everything looked normal. I have another scan on Dec 8th. I am 12 weeks and 2 days. When I hit 13 weeks I'll post it on Facebook.
