Awana Graduation/Sewing completed

Last week when we were at my Mom's, Blake and I both finished our first attempts at sewing. (Well my first in long time.) Below is my cross stitch and his Latch hook. Both made into pillows, with the help of my Mom. They turned out pretty good!



Though Blake only started AWANA in Jan instead of Sept, he still got a participation award and earned $221 AWANA bucks to spend at the store. That is a lot, most kids only got $300 and they were there for the whole year! We are very proud of him. Oh, you earn bucks by memorizing verses. AWANA is international so we hope to find one in Brisbane to continue.
