What's the family been up to... Continued

When we were in Denver visiting, we were able to take an afternoon with the kids at a trampoline play place.  The kids  (and adults!) had a lot of fun!

While we were in Denver, we were able to go to one of Jeremiahs Tae Kwon Do tournaments.  Here he is being judged on a routine of moves.  He placed second.

Another event was the sparring - with all out fighting.  Jeremiah again came second in this event.  After just 2 rounds, the competitors were dripping with sweat.  THe kids enjoyed watching!

Sophie's 5th Birthday Party.

We had sophies birthday cake and presents a few days early, so that everyone could be there.

During the party, there was a full double rainbow outside!  Very beautiful!

The cake was  just white sponge, with yucky sweet icing. The kids loved it!
Grammy (Eileen) bought all the kids a kite to play with.  Sophie was EXcellent at flying, and would have flown the kite all day if we let her.  South Dakota is good kite flying country!

Trap Shooting:  Blake had fun with some family friends of Marv and Elieen!  We shot over 130 clays, and by the end Blake was getting almost 50%.  Blake had a great weekend with Samantha (15), their daughter, and was doing plenty of 'boy' flirting  which was humourous for us adults to see.  He is growing up!

One evening, I went out to take some photos of the house progress, and Sophie wanted some photos of her on top of the dirt pile.  She picked a flour and posed for me!

Mountain Biking.

I have been getting out each week with a group of local riders.  The Black hills have some amazing trails, and beautifu scenery along the way.  Here are some shots of me riding.

http://youtu.be/DcEJz3lvBec - Here is a video of me riding.  It is really pretty country, a bit similar to the Australian high country.

And here we have another Sunset.  South Dakota has good sunsets...
