Not much has happened these last two weeks that is exciting enough to chat about. We just had everyday things. Sophie did start her first Monday at daycare so she is now doing two days in a row. The third day home is always a challenge, it's a good thing we are practising before she actually goes to Kindergarten next year.

I had a Birthday on Monday. Wasn't too exciting. On Sat I was so exhausted from a week with extra stuff (end of school term stuff) that I stayed in bed most of the day reading and catching up on So You Think You Can Dance. Sunday I finally got out of bed long enough to bake a cake so Sophie could decorate it. Then we ate it. I got two of my presents, baking pans, yeah. Monday itself was just routine stuff. We'll have a little celebration at the farm on Sunday with some friends.

It seems I am now allergic to swimming. I started swimming again with Blake a few weeks ago. The first week I only went twice because I got a head cold/allergies. The 2nd week I only went once and the same thing happened, and I went again on Monday and Wednesday this week and the same thing. If I swim in the morning I get all stuffed up yucky by the night time. I told Michael I would try it for three more weeks, hoping I get used to it and adapt or I'll have to give it up altogether which is really sad.

Blake's last week of school term is this week. School holidays here we come. The first week will be fun because the kids get to take turns staying with Kaye. I'll have to get creative for the 2nd week or I just might go crazy.
