Now that we have decided what we can actually do, things are starting to roll. We have started selling off a bunch of furniture. We sold three things last week and have another 9 things posted this week. And yes, we will still have a house full, if that tells you how full we were before:). It will be much more manageable with that stuff gone. Then we are planning a garage sale in a week or two to get rid of all the little things. It will be so nice once we have 'dejunked' our life.
Michael has ordered us a water tank and I think he's arranging solar power as well. We are getting quote for a carport and then the only thing left will be the landscaping which is a lot of work but not nearly so much money as the other stuff. Sophie's room is all ready for the baby. All I did was set up the port-a-cot! hehehe. I still have to get out all the clothes and stuff but that will be for later.
Our room has a very nice organizer on the top - picture in previous post- but now also supports an extra hanging rod and a nice shoe rack. After sorting through all the stuff to sell, Michael is finally getting his shed back (It was packed to full of storage stuff.) After all the large furniture is gone, we have Blake's room left and that's it. I'm sure he will be excited as he's been sharing his room with a bunch of extra stuff.
One week of baseball left:) Whoo hoo! I'm just tired of having my Sat mornings taken up, the baseball itself isn't that bad. We have a break in the rain, just long enough to catch up on the laundry and then it should be back again this weekend. I like the rain. Good thing too when you have weeks of it with little break. Michael made a drainage system in the backyard and for awhile there we had our own creak. It will be nice when we have a tank to fill up as well.
We didn't get too many pictures this week. Most of them were all of the furniture that we were selling. I did get one series of photo's of Sophie eating peanut butter. I'm sure you have all seen it before but the eating pictures are so fun.
