Not much to say for this week, but I'll make up for it with Pictures. I finished the top and sandwiched my latest quilt this week. Now only hand stitching it is left. I've started on my lounge curtains which I'll do during Sophie's naps and leave the hand stitching for when we are watching TV/Movies at night.
The shed should get here this week. That's exciting for Michael. Blake's first day back at school was today. He also started tennis this term and had his first lesson today. They worked him really hard. He should sleep well tonight. On Sat we went hiking with Kaye and David. Below are some videos and photos. Oh yeah, the road we drove on to get to this place was very narrow and curvy. It reminded me of Leah and Jon in England. I believe this road could have given them a run for their money. I filmed about 5 minutes of it. Eat your heart out England!
On a clear day, you can see all the way to the coast and the farm from this lookout. About 60k's
Sophie always likes to be like big brother!
Some wild life along the trail.
Behind the waterfall. It is the dry season now, it would be roaring in the wet season.
Another one.
We went through several crevices.
Sophie has been watching her dad fix things. She used to be able to turn on the TV, but we fixed that. So she got a spoon and here she is trying to "fix" it.
She loves to put our clothing over her head. Doesn't matter what type of clothing it is. Shirts, pants, underwear..... here it's a pair of Blake's shorts.
With Blake home from school the last few weeks, I've had to remind him several times that the back of the house is the Quiet Zone for Sophie. He made this little sign for her (when he was supposed to be doing his work:)
