For the first time in......well I can't even remember when, we actually had a weekend that we didn't go anywhere or do anything! I'd like to say I rested but I didn't. I worked really hard on my latest quilt and Blake did a massive job on his Christmas presents as well. In fact, he only has two more people left. I wish I could say the same. Michael didn't do anything on Sat, taking his much needed day of rest. On Sunday he worked on shade clothes for the back of the house where the sun really hits in the afternoon. It was really nice just taking it easy for a change and getting caught up on all the little things.
The weather is getting warmer here now. It gets to the high 20's but it's not unbearable. The trees are starting to get their leaves again and my new grass is growing well. Michael's veggie patch is going well. We are still waiting for the shed to arrive so no new pictures on that. Blake is home from school again this week. Last week he went to sports camp all week long. They did a variety of sports including footy, frisby, golf, soccer, circus, hip hop, etc. It was like a week long, all day, recess. He loved it. This week he is catching up on his to do list and then he gets to go stay with Grandma Kaye.
Of course Michael won't let us have real Popsicle because they are unhealthy, but he does let us freeze yogurt. Sophie didn't really like the coldness but here she is trying it.
