The first week of October has been all about finishing the outside of the house. We are putting on pre-painted weatherboard siding on the house, that has a 30 year paint guarantee. I hope it wont need to be painted for a while.

| We had to put the first course of soffit in, so that the siding would lap over the top of it correctly. Luckily we did, because it is keeping the snow from blowing up into the house. |
