More house Progress!

We are a bit behind on the progress, but this post should get us up to speed.

The soffits are cantilevered off the last truss, which is a 2x4 width lower than the rest.

After finishing the roof boarding, we put down a vapour barrier that the shingles will be laid on top of.

Done with the papering.  Notice the centre front window is square here?

The Centre front window is Arched here!

We piled dirt around the barn (shed) to keep the wind out.  I used a Gehl bobcat, the kids loved watching.



I also backfilled and banked around the house, to add earth insulation to the concrete walls of the foundations. Photos of that soon!
