Now that everyone has their gifts, I can post pictures of the quilts I've done throughout the year.
This is a doona cover for Kaye and David (Michael's parents). I also did a lap quilt with the same colors and patterns. It's about half this size.
I did this one for Tate and Karen's wedding. This is a lap quilt size. I had enough material left over to do a wall hanging size (Half this size) to give to our cousin Heather for her birthday.
This is a single up close square to show you the star pattern of the quilt below. I had one star left over that I made into a wall hanging or doll blanket for Kathryn (Crystal's daughter).
Here is the full size queen quilt. This went to Jessie, my sister-in-law.
This is an up close square of the quilt below. It shows the children in the middle of the diamond. I made this square into a wall hanging or doll quilt for a drawing at Sophie's playgroup.
Here is the lap size quilt that was for Jon and Bec (Michael's brother and wife). I also had enough to make a four square kids play quilt for Derek, Angie's son.
I used some scraps for this one to make a quilt for Angie's other son Logan.
Well there you go. If I count all of the little ones and wall hangings as well as the real quilts there were 10. Not bad for 8 months worth of work! Good thing I started back at the end of March huh!
