Ok, so here is a quick update. We were really lucky in finding some nice cheap furniture on line. I will take pictures later as none of it is in the right place now, but all piled into one room. We got a living room set that will match our area rugs when they get here. The full couch is burgandy, the love seat is green and the chair is cream. It also came with a foot stool, two end tables and a coffee table, all for only $500. Pretty sweet huh. Oh and throw pillows too. Then we got an 8 seater wooden table for $600. It is really pretty. We also got patio furniture, a TV and stand, and a fridge. The fridge is really cool. It's one of those with the freezer on the bottom and it's huge! That was only $312.00. I will post pictures this weekend once we get things all settled and can take pretty pictures.
The puppy (Rocky) we got is doing well. He's showing signs of nearly being potty trained, which is what I wanted before the baby got here. He already comes when called and can sit when he's not too excited. He fetches and most of the time drops it when he comes back and this weekend we are going to work on laying down. He's also nearly trained to stay out of the kitchen. There is a video of him getting his first bath on Utube, against my wishes as it shows me! But it's there.
