We started out at the Roo Ranch near Deadwood. They had this animal that was a cross between a zebra and a donkey called a Z-Donk. And of course they had lots of kangaroo's and some other cool animals from South Africa and Australia. Then we went on to Rapid and had dinner with my Great Aunt Dorthy. Lastly we went to this place called the Cosmos. I have tried to come up with a way to describe this place and couldn't, so here is a clip from their website that does a good job.
"The Cosmos Mystery Area is a fun filled attraction for all family. It is one of the strangest locations in the Black Hills, where the laws of nature seem to have gone completely mad. Here no one stands straight, balls roll uphill, and you can even stand on the wall! June 3rd we used to just relax again. Of course it's only 9am in the morning now so I don't know exactly what we are going to be doing today, but laundry, horse riding, more chores, and packing are the only things on the list so far. Exciting I know. Tomorrow we will be traveling to Vegas and I'm not sure what our internet connection is going to be like. Hopefully I will be able to update our blog once while there, but if not, expect a new, very long posting on June 8th.
